This policy covers ingacore.com, our self-assessment sign-up page, and the emails and text messages we send. It does not cover other companies' websites, even if we link to them.
3. Please don't send us patient information
Our website and forms are for practice-level information only. Please don't enter or send any patient names, health information, or other details that could identify a patient. We don't ask for it and don't want it. If we receive it anyway, we will delete it.
4. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request our free self-assessment, we ask for:

- your mobile number, only if you choose to receive text messages, along with a record of your consent
When you use our contact page, we receive your name, work email, practice or workplace if you add it, and your message. If you reply to our emails or book a call with us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the companies that host our site and forms receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view.
